Wang Jinpu believes that as one of the few listed enterprises and outstanding local enterprises in Suqian, Shuangxing New Materials has a fast development speed, strong industry influence, large investment scale, high technology content and good development prospects, which is exciting and inspiring. He pointed out that through comprehensive analysis, China's macro-economy will remain stable and sound at present, downward pressure may gradually reduce, and the export situation will gradually improve; The municipal party committee and government attach great importance to and support the development of emerging industries, issue the policy advice on accelerating the cultivation of large enterprises (groups), and list the Double Star New Materials as one of the first batch of enterprises that have cultivated 10 billion yuan. Double Star New Materials should seize the opportunity, strengthen confidence, and actively seek for greater breakthroughs.
Wang Jinpu emphasized that first, greater breakthroughs should be made in the growth of enterprises. We should expand project investment, expand market development, accelerate industrial agglomeration, constantly expand the scale of enterprises, and improve the quality of development. Second, make greater breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation. We should increase investment in science and technology, accelerate talent gathering, strengthen product development, break through a number of core key technologies, introduce and cultivate a number of high-level talents and high-end innovation teams, and effectively improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Third, make greater breakthroughs in enterprise management. It is necessary to strengthen internal management, strengthen cost control, pay attention to safe production, attach importance to environmental protection, cultivate enterprise culture, constantly improve the level of operation and management, and establish and improve a scientific and efficient modern enterprise management model. Fourth, achieve greater breakthroughs in high-performance composite industries. Shuangxing New Materials should give full play to the leading role, vigorously introduce a number of upstream and downstream enterprises and supporting enterprises, and form a polyester material industry chain with certain independent innovation capacity, large scale and complete industrial supporting facilities as soon as possible. Wang Jinpu also asked all relevant departments to firmly establish the concept of "no support is too much" for the Double Star Color Sculpture, seriously solve the problems faced by the enterprise at present, and further create an environment conducive to the development of the enterprise.
Liu Gali pointed out that the selection of Double Star New Materials as the first stop of the special research activity after the festival fully reflects the high attention of the District Party Working Committee and the Management Committee to Double Star New Materials, and also reflects the speed and attitude of the implementation of the conference on promoting the transformation and upgrading of the city's industrial economy. He stressed that first, we should be firm in development. Strive to achieve 10% of the international market share of Double Star new material products in 2014. Second, firmly accelerate the project construction. The construction of Phase II Project in Zone D shall be started in the second half of the year, and the optical substrate project shall be started in the second half of the year, striving to be put into production by the end of 2015. Third, unswerving in technological innovation. Efforts should be made to develop new products, introduce high-level talents, and constantly increase product research and development. Fourth, we will firmly concentrate on development. High performance composite industry cluster zone should make efforts in long-term planning, industry cluster, upstream and downstream investment attraction of the industrial chain and introduction of foreign investment projects.
